Clinical recommendations - if there is a value here it means either a pharmacist or a clinical support person has made a charting recommendation based. These recommendations are there for the prescriber to check and either confirm, edit, or delete. The recommendations are not visible to anyone else until confirmed by the prescriber.
Overdue Charts - click here to see which patient charts have not been reviewed for over 3 months (90 days).
