Pharmacy Reports - Substitute a medication

This report allows you to substitute a medication. Type the residents name or medication in the Search box, a list will generate by resident or medication.
 

1. Click on Reports from the dashboard.
   
   
    
2. Click on Substitute a medication.
   
   
    

3. You can use the search bar to find the medication you need to substitute.
   
   

    

4. Click on the medication you intend to substitute and click on Save.
   
   

    

5. Click on Yes for the substitution.
