- From the resident's administration page scroll down to their medication.
- Click on Comment
- Use the drop-down arrow to select a Sedation Score
MediMap uses the standard -3 to +3 Sedation Assessment Tool (SAT).
- It can be added to graphed data from the resident's chart or the administration page by clicking on More.
- Use the drop-down arrow to add a score and comment. To view the resident's previous graphed data, click on View Graph.
