- From the dashboard click on Changes
- Filter by all facilities or a facility area along with Un-Processed, All or Processed for Checking.
- Select if the medication is to be packed or not by clicking on No
- Select either Packed Together or Packed Separately.
- Select Edit to show non-material change.
- Changes can be No Brand substitution or a change to the dose time.
- Some changes made may require authorisation by a prescriber and this will create a medication recommendation.
- Select Checked to mark the changes as processed.
- Scroll to the top of the page and select Processed for Checking, this view will show the processed change and can be marked as Checked.
- The change will be archived and can be viewed from the Historic Chart Changes Report.
