Why am I receiving this spreadsheet?
To allow your organisation to review patient demographic data for impacted patients only prior to system restoration.
The spreadsheet does not contain a full list of all patients in your MediMap environment.
It includes only those patients identified as potentially impacted.
Am I expected to validate this against another system?
No.
At this stage, you are not being asked to review medication charts, prescribing information or pharmacy supplied medication data.
This review relates only to impacted patient demographic information.
This is Phase 1 of the system restoration process, which focuses on confirming patient identity and core patient level data for impacted patients only, prior to restoration of system access.
Once this phase is complete and system access has been safely restored, MediMap will move to Phase 2 of the restoration plan. This will address medication charts and associated clinical information within the live system environment.
Further guidance and instructions for Phase 2 will be communicated to your organisation in due course.
Are we being asked to review medication charts or pharmacy-supplied medication data?

Do I need to upload the file back to Hightail?
Only if corrections are required for the impacted patient records provided.
If no changes are needed, you simply need to email support@medimap.health to approve restoration.
Can I email the corrected spreadsheet back to MediMap?
No.
Corrected files must only be uploaded through the secure Hightail portal to protect patient information.
What happens after we confirm?
