If you have not logged into MediMap in the last 90 days, your user account may have been deactivated as part of strengthened security controls.
If you are a user, please contact your system administrator to request reactivation.
If you are a prescriber, you will need to complete the Prescriber Registration Form before access can be restored.
I have forgotten the site password
The MediMap system administrator can initiate a password reset for the site login via the MediMap login screen using Recover Password.
If you are unsure who your system administrator is, please contact your organisation directly.
I am a user and have forgotten my password
Your system administrator can reset your password for you.
Once reset, you will be prompted to create a new password that meets current security requirements.
I am a prescriber and have forgotten my password
Select Recover Password from the MediMap login screen.
You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
I am a MediMap system administrator and have forgotten my password
Select Recover Password from the MediMap login screen.
An email will be sent to the registered site email address so you can reset your password.
Your system administrator can provide your username.
Can a MediMap system administrator reset passwords for multiple users at once?
Yes.
Go to Settings > Users > Password Reset within MediMap.
Why am I being asked to reset my password?
As part of enhanced security controls introduced following the recent outage, password reset may be required before accessing MediMap.
This is to ensure secure access for all users.
