To safely return to using MediMap, your site password must be updated before users can log back into the system.
Who Should Complete This Step:
Any user who has manager level access
Before You Begin:
You will need:
- Your user username
- Access to the site email address registered in MediMap
Step 1: Open the MediMap Login Page
- Select Password Recovery
Step 2: Enter the Site Username
- Enter your site username
- Select Recover
Step 3: Open the Password Reset Email
- Open the email that was sent from MediMap
- Select Recover
This link will take you to the password reset page.
Step 4: Create a New Site Password
Your new password must include:
- At least 10 characters
- An uppercase letter (A-Z)
- A lowercase letter (a-z)
- A number (0-9)
- At least one special character from the following ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + [ ] { } ; : ' " , . < > / ? \ | ~ `
Avoid using:
- Site names
- User names
- Common words
- Previously used passwords
Previously used passwords cannot be accepted.
- In Old Password enter your temporary password
- In New Password enter your new password
- In Confirm Password re-enter your new password
- Select Save
Step 5: Confirm Access
Once updated:
- You will be returned to the MediMap login page
- Log in using your new site password
This confirms that your site access is active.
