Step Overview
To safely return to using MediMap, individual user passwords must be updated before users can log back into the system.
Who Should Complete This Step
All MediMap users.
Before You Begin
You will need:
- The site username and updated password
- Your user username
- A temporary password provided by a user with manager level access
Step 1: Open the MediMap Login Page
- Enter the site Username and Password (new 10-digit password)
- Select Login
Step 2: Enter your username and temporary password
- Enter your Username
- Enter the temporary Password provided by your manager
- Select Continue
Step 3: Password Requirements
Your new password must include:
- At least 10 characters
- An uppercase letter (A-Z)
- A lowercase letter (a-z)
- A number (0-9)
- At least one special character from the following ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + [ ] { } ; : ' " , . < > / ? \ | ~ `
Avoid using:
- site names
- user names
- common words
- previously used passwords
Previously used passwords cannot be accepted.
- In Old Password enter your temporary password
- In New Password enter your new password
- In Confirm Password re-enter your new password
- Select Save
