Step Overview
To safely return to using MediMap, user passwords must be reset before users can log back into the system.
Who Should Complete This Step
Any user who has manager level access.
Before You Begin
You will need:
- Your user facility username and password
- Your username and password
Step 1: Click on Settings
A user with manager level access will reset the user passwords with a temporary password:
- Select Settings
- Select Staff
Step 2: Reset the Passwords
To update all passwords in bulk:
- Click on Reset Password
- Create a temporary password for the users
- Click Reset Password
To update passwords individually:
- Select Reset Password by the user’s name
- Click on Reset Password
- Create a temporary password for the users
- Click Reset Password
Step 3: Communicate with users
- Communicate with the users the new facility password and their temporary user password
