A warning message will appear after the first failed login/PIN attempt alerting them to the error and advising the user that they have three attempts to login.

After the third attempt the users, account will be locked

If a chart is reviewed by another prescriber and they click No when prompted to become the primary prescriber, the instructions will now populate on the chart
