Type your username and password and click Login. Remember - your passwords are case sensitive:
- If you work in a care organisation, pharmacy, clinic, or corporate, use your organisation login.
- If you’re a prescriber or using charting access, also type your PIN number.
- If you are using single sign on (SSO), click Sign in with SSO, enter your details, then click Sign in with your SSO account.
If you forget your password, ask your manager to reset it. If you’re a manager, contact someone in your organisation with manager level access.
For a prescriber click on Prescriber Password Recovery.
- If you’re a care organisation, clinic, corporate, or pharmacy staff, type your personal MediMap login.
- If you’re a prescriber, select the practice you’re working in.
- Click Continue.
- You’re now in the MediMap dashboard and can start your daily tasks.
If you need to change your password at any time, click the settings icon on the MediMap toolbar.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter your new password twice and save your changes.
- When you’re finished using MediMap, click on your name to log out and safeguard your residents’ data.
MediMap allows users 5 password attempts before they are locked out for 30 seconds. The user is then allowed a further 3 attempts before they are locked out completely. If a user is locked out, then staff member with manager access will need to reset the password to unlock their account.
