Click on the Settings icon.
Click on the Prescribers tab.
All prescribers can search for any resident by NHI Number or Medicare Number. A prescriber can search for any resident registered to them as lead prescriber by first or last name of resident.
Two prescribers who share the care of a group of residents registered to either of the prescribers can “share” access via first or last name of the resident by sending a colleague request to one another and accepting it. They do this within the prescriber interface. Each prescriber will see a list containing their residents and those of the other prescriber.
If a prescriber wants to be able to search for any, and all residents by resident name (regardless of who the lead prescriber is), within your facility then the manager or clinical manager can associate the prescribers to the facility to enable this.
Click here – to associate a prescriber, enter the prescribers last name into the search box and then click to add the name.
Display Residents – click to view a list of residents who are registered to a specific prescribe.
If a prescriber is not in the list of prescribers, it means they are not registered with MediMap for access.
To disassociate (remove) a Prescriber click on the red X next to the Prescribers name.
