Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to log in once with your primary credentials and gain access to the MediMap without needing to enter your MediMap username and password.
Access the MediMap:
- Navigate to the URL or click the icon for accessing MediMap through SSO https://medi-map.com.au/SSOLogin
- Redirection to SSO Login Page:
- You'll be automatically redirected to the central SSO login page
- If you're already logged into another application that uses SSO, you might be automatically signed in without seeing the login page
- Choose the relevant domain to ensure you are redirected to the correct SSO login page
- Enter Your SSO Credentials:
- Enter your designated SSO Username
- Click on Next
- Enter your Password
4. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) (if applicable):
- You'll be prompted to complete an additional verification step. This depends on the corporate account policy
5. Optional Step – Multi-Facility:
- If the staff user is associated with multiple facilities, then MediMap will provide a screen to select the facility the user wants to log into. Upon selection user will be redirected to facility without requiring to login again or user can “click here” option to logout
6. Successful Login:
- Once your credentials are verified, you'll be redirected back to MediMap, now you are successfully logged in
- Upon successful login, users can also switch between facilities which can be found by the home button at the top left hand of the page
- Users will be redirected to the multi-facility selection screen and redirected to the selected facility without requiring to login again
7. Session Management:
- For security purposes, if you log in from a new browser or device while an active session exists from a previous login, the previous session will be automatically logged out and notified on the log out screen. This ensures only one active session per user at a time
