Documents can be uploaded to MediMap and be on a resident's chart.
- Click on the Documents tab in the resident's chart.
- Click on Add New Document
- To add a new document:
- Select the type of document from the dropdown list,
- In the example below we have chosen Other.

- Enter in the required fields,
- Click on Select Files to find the document that needs to be added,
- Click on the appropriate Notify fields,
- Click on Upload.
- The documents are sorted according to the type of document selected in step three.
Documents can be Viewed, Download or Deleted.
Any documents saved under List of Prescription cannot be deleted.
