During a medication round record an observation by clicking on Comment
- Record the observation and administer the medication.
To view the legend, click on the blue button.
- In the resident's medication chart, click on More.
- Click on the observation that needs to be added.
- Enter the result, any comments and click on Save.
- To view the graph, click on View Graph.
- The residents graphed data will be visible. Select another observation category to change the view.
