To associate a prescriber with your facility, click the click here link.
Enter the prescribers last name into the search box.
Click on the name to add. If the prescriber is not registered with MediMap access, then they will not appear on the list. You will need to contact the prescriber and ask them to contact MediMap to register.
To disassociate (remove) a Prescriber simply click on the red X next to the Prescribers name.
