Can I edit the RMC before uploading it?
No, the RMC is generated automatically based on data in MediMap. If information needs to be corrected then update the resident’s chart or administration records first, then regenerate the RMC.
Where is the RMC saved once uploaded?
The document is stored in My Health Record; you can access the files related to the resident when you click My Health Record in the resident’s chart.
Can I generate the RMC for residents not going to hospital?
Currently, the RMC is only triggered when selecting a transfer Offsite to Hospital. For other types of offsite transfers, refer to your facility’s procedures or export the data manually from the resident profile.
What if I check the RMC content after uploading and it is not accurate?
Considering the resident is still offsite you can upload a new version of the document that will override the previous document.
Who do I contact for help?
