Prescribers
- Click on Password Recovery
- Enter your Username and click on Recover
- An email will be sent to your inbox, check your spam folder if the email is not showing in your inbox. The email address will be the unique email address you provided MediMap when your access was setup.
Note: If the email linked to your account is incorrect, please email support@medimap.health and the support team can update it for you.
Other Staff
Speak to your Manager (or the staff member with manager access). They will need to:
- Log into MediMap and click on Settings
- Click on the Staff tab
- Find the correct staff member and click on the Reset Password tick box.
- Go back to the top of the page and click Reset Password
