Forgotten Password

Prescribers

1. Click on Prescriber Password Recovery
   
2. Enter your Username and click on Recover
   
3. An email will be sent to your inbox, check your spam folder if the email is not showing in your inbox. The email address will be the unique email address you provided MediMap when your access was setup.

Other Staff

Speak to your Manager (or the staff member with manager access). They will need to:

1. Log into MediMap and click on Settings
   
2. Click on the Staff tab
   
3. Find the correct staff member and click on Reset Password
