Prescriber Reports - Special Authority Renewal Required report

This report shows all general medications and OST medications with a Special Authority due within 6 weeks or expired. 
 

1. Click on Reports from the Dashboard.
   
   
    
2. Click on Special Authority Renewal Required List
   
   
    

3. Click on the resident's name to go to the chart and click on the SA number on the charted line.
   
   

    

4. To update click on the resident's name to go to the chart and click on the SA number on the charted line.
