Use this report to search by one or all facilities and by individual patients and/or prescribers. The report will provide a list of residents, their medication, type, quantity. You can click on the authority number to change it and click on Show History to see the medication history.
Clicking on the resident’s name will open their medication chart and clicking on Show History will show you the rescripted dates.
If Renew is clicked on you will need to enter your pin for confirmation.
- Click on Reports from the dashboard.
- Click on ReScript S8 & Authority Meds
- Then you will see results:
