Chart Reports - Chart review & reassessment date list

This report gives you a complete list of all the residents next review date and any reassessments. You can filter the report by facility, and it will display any monitoring tags that may form part of the review.

• 3 monthly review (NZ), 
• 6 monthly review (AU eNRMC)
• 4 monthly review (AU)   

The Prescriber need to click on the green “review” button (Prescriber interface) for that resident, as evidence the review has been done.  

1. Click on Reports from the dashboard.
   
   

    

2. Click on Chart.
   
   

    

3. Click on Chart review & reassessment date list.
