Chart Reports - List of Infrequent Medications for Resupply

This report will produce a list of residents, their medication, frequency, due date and last ordered.  

From this report you open the resident’s medication chart by clicking on their name or clicking on the Resupply button to place an order to the pharmacy. 
 

1. Click on Reports from the dashboard.
   
   
    
2. Click on Chart.
   
   
    
3. Click on List of Infrequent Medications for Resupply.
