Chart Reports - Free Text Medications Report

This report shows all residents with Free Text items prescribed on their chart. Free Text should not be used for medications; these should be selected by the prescriber from the medicines list.  
 

1. Click on Reports from the dashboard.
   
   
    
2. Click on Chart.
   
   
    
3. Click on Free text medications report.
