Medicine Reports - Medications – No action recorded

This report will list any medications that have no action assigned to them. It can only be generated for 1 day at a time.    

Possible explanations for no action recorded are:

• The resident has been marked as “Temporary Absent (Offsite)”.
• The resident is marked as “Self-Administering”. 
• The medication was changed that day.
• Staff have missed the dose.   

The report includes medications changed on that day by the prescriber if they are charted for a dose time round that was completed prior to the chart change.
