Medicine Reports - Medications Omissions Report

Check that all medications not administered, refused or withheld have had an explanation entered. 

1. Click on Reports from the dashboard.
   
2. Click on Medicine.
   
3. Click on Medications Omissions Report.
   
   
4. If you tick the button Only show items without a comment, then the report will display all administration exceptions where there is no recorded reason why.
