Check all medications not administered, refused or withheld have an explanation. If you tick the button that says, “only show items without a comment” it will display all administration exceptions where there is no recorded reason why.
- Click on Reports from the dashboard.
- Click on Medicine.
- Click on Medications Omissions Report.
