Medicine Reports - Medications with multiple actions recorded

This report lists all medications that have had an action changed e.g. Not administered, administered or refused then later administered. 
 

1. Click on Reports from the dashboard.
   
   
    
2. Click on Medicine.
   
   
    
3. Click on Medications with multiple actions recorded.
