Person Centric Reports - Resident Administration Record

This shows what has been administered/not administered for a resident in a certain time frame. This report defaults to a 24-hour timeframe and includes all categories of medication. To select a different time-period, click in the start and end date and select from the drop-down calendar. 

Type in the resident’s NHI number/Medicare number to quickly find the right resident. If you use the resident first or last name, you will get a list of possible matches to choose from.  
 

1. Click on Reports from the dashboard.
   
   
    
2. Click on Person Centric Reports.
   
   
    
3. Click on Resident Administration Record.
