Person Centric Reports - Individual resident administrations for a single medication

This report shows all administrations of a specific medication for a single resident and any associated comments with each administration.   

Choose a date range, select the specific medication from the Add Medication box, funded medications will be highlighted green.   

When you click on the search button it will list all the residents on this medication. Click on the name of the resident you want the report for, and it generates a report that lists all administrations within that time frame and any comments associated with them.    

1. Click on Reports from the dashboard.
   
   
    
2. Click on Person Centric Reports.
   
   
    
3. Click on Individual resident administrations for a single medication.
