Person Centric Reports - Polypharmacy Report (Number of regular medications)

Select the facility you are looking at and run the report to see which residents are on over the specified number of regular medications.  

Different dosages of the same medication are not counted as a different medication, and the following groups of medications are excluded:  

• Dietary supplements, including those containing vitamins, 
• Short-term medications, such as antibiotics or temporary eye drops, 
• PRN medications,  
• Free text items,  
• Tests for diabetes,  
• Emollients, protectives, and lubricants.  
   

1. Click on Reports from the dashboard.
   
   
    
2. Click on Person Centric Reports.
   
   
    
3. Click on Polypharmacy Report (Number of regular medications).
