The observations for a driver are displayed while that driver is current. Once the driver has been changed e.g. dose change or medication added or stopped then the observations for the stopped or changed charting of the driver can be viewed in this report.
Enter the resident’s name or NHI number/Medicare number select the date range of the observation you want to see and click on Search. Select the resident by tapping on their name then click search again to generate the report.
- Click on Reports from the dashboard.
- Click on Person Centric Reports.
- Click on Driver Observations Report.
