Person Centric Reports - Residents Graphed Data

This report is used to generate graphs of resident data entered by staff for things like BGL, pain scale, bowel etc., Extra data can be added here, or the graph printed for your progress notes.  
 

1. Click on Reports from the dashboard.
   
   
    
2. Click on Person Centric Reports.
   
   
    
3. Click on Residents Graphed Data.
