Person Centric Reports - Notes reports across all facilities

This report displays a selected note type/s for the facilities you are looking at e.g. Hospital Admissions etc, select date range and click generate report.
 

1. Click on Reports from the dashboard.
   
   
    
2. Click on Person Centric Reports.
   
   
    
3. Click on Notes reports across all facilities.
