Chart Reports - Historic Chart Changes

This report shows any historic chart changes. Select a date range and click in Select Group to choose a category or click on Group Quick Select. You can search by individual facilities and medications (regular, PNR or short course).
 

1. Click on Reports from the dashboard.
   
   
    
2. Click on Chart.
   
   
    
3. Click on Historic Chart Changes.
