Chart Reports - List of patient allergies

This report lists all residents in the facility including any allergies. Use the Search to find on individual residents and clicking on the resident’s name will open their medication chart.

1. Click on Reports from the dashboard.
   
   

    

2. Click on Chart.
   
   

    

3. Click on List of patient allergies.
