This report shows the last reviewed date and history of review for the past 2 years. Enter the residents name and select Search. Can you limit the search by facilities.

1. Click on Reports from the dashboard.
   
   
    
2. Click on Chart.
   
   
    
3. Click on Historic Chart Review Dates.
