This guide will help you prepare your device and install MM Mobile correctly.
MMGo and MM Mobile cannot be installed on the same device. You must sync MMGo a final time and uninstall it before proceeding.
To Install MM Mobile
Login to the web service with manager credentials to the facility and go to settings
navigate to the MMGO / MM Mobile tab and set how long you want the installation ID to be valid for, then generate the ID. Make a note of this number.
- Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for MediMapMobile
Tap Install and open the app.
Enter facility username and password, the installation ID, and select your country.
NOTE - The above steps only need to be done for the first install on each device. If you are part of a large group using a mobile device management platform, then your IT team will work with you for this process.Now login with staff username and password.
- Once logged in, MM Mobile will prompt you to sync. Tap the Sync Now button and wait for confirmation. Allow enough time for all the data to download fully to the local device.
- Complete these steps on each device.
