- Select the Medi-Map Mobile icon on your mobile device.
Log in by entering your Username and Password. Select your care organisation area.
- MM Mobile data is updated on a device every time a user logs into or out of the app while connected to the internet.
Logout of MediMap Mobile
Click on the down-arrow next to your name in the top right-hand corner and select Logout
Setting a PIN
1. Select Set PIN
2. The pin number needs to be between 5-6 numbers which are not in sequential order forwards or backwards.
Session Timeout
When a session expires a pop-up will display where you are able to log out or log back in by re-entering your password. If you log back in you will be return to where you were before the session expired.
SSO Login
1. Tap on Use SSO sign-in
2. Enter your Corporate Domain and tap on Sign in with SSO
Once SSO is setup users are able to choose whether they want to log into the app using SSO or their MediMap login details.
