- In the top right corner of MM Mobile the following four buttons will always be displayed:
- Home: press this button to return to the list of care organisation areas
- Sync: press this to sync data with the browser app without logging out and in again. Holding the sync button down for a few seconds will do a full refresh of data in the mobile app
- User who is logged on: click on the drown-arrow next to the user's name for the Logout option
- Online/Offline: displays if the device is currently connected to the internet or not
- When you are logged into MediMap Mobile on a mobile device, but the device is not connecting to the MediMap web version, the MediMap Mobile app will automatically fall back to offline mode.
- Users are not required to disconnect from a network or put the device into airplane mode when the device cannot connect to MediMap web version
- The Home Page will display the full list of residents.
- To search for a resident, you can type their name into the search bar. Residents can also be filtered by area and dose times.
Tapping on the resident’s name will display the following:
- The residents name, Medicare or NHI number, date of birth, photo and the name of their primary prescriber
- Allergies and intolerances are displayed on this page, along with extra information
- Tabs to switch between the types of medications (Regular, PRN or NIMs). Each medication type will also have a blue banner which when tapped will display administration history from the last 24 hours of that medication type
