Summary
This release introduces customer-facing improvements across access management, prescribing validation, chart review workflows, and pharmacy handling. It also resolves a number of issues affecting user administration, prescribing support, reporting, and patient chart behavior.
Key Improvements
Added support for multiple SSO domains within the same organisation, making user access management easier for customers operating across more than one email domain.
Raised the failed login threshold from 3 attempts to 5 attempts and improved lockout guidance to better support self-service password recovery.
Enabled configurable chart review periods for eligible NZ providers who need review cycles outside the default model.
Improved resupply handling so charts without a patient-specific pharmacy will be sent to the facility pharmacy.
Introduced upfront validation during chart review to identify common data issues before eRx submission, reducing downstream processing delays.
Extended SSO administrator capability so Facility Administrators can reset user PINs when needed.

Upfront eNRMC and eRx validation: Validation now checks key chart and prescriber details earlier in the workflow, including common formatting and mandatory-field issues.
Custom chart review period for NZ: Eligible NZ facilities can use a configurable review period where operational models require more flexibility than the standard cycle.
Improved account lockout experience: The failed login threshold has increased to 5 attempts, with clearer messaging to guide users toward password reset steps.
Resupply fallback logic: Resupply requests now follow improved routing behavior when a patient chart does not have a designated pharmacy.
Deceased resident eRx processing improvement: Medication lines and barcode statuses now update more reliably when a resident is marked as deceased.

Fixed a problem where corporate managers using SSO could not save new facility users.
Fixed a bug where pharmacy takeaway day selections were cleared when pharmacies were added or removed from a patient chart.
Corrected practice contact address details on batch-generated OST bulk scripts.
Fixed an issue where a monitoring or physical limitation tag could remain visible after removal from a patient chart.
Resolved an error shown when running the Historic Chart Changes report for the All-Psychotropics group.
