Release: R2.0.1
Release Date: 27 October 2026
Downtime: None
Summary
This release strengthens key integration flows for eCase and AlayaCare, with particular attention to resident information sync, image handling for eCase, and the quality of clinical information sent into partner progress notes.
The release includes one notable new capability for eCase resident photo synchronisation, alongside a broad set of fixes that improve how medication administrations, omissions, observations, and patient demographic details are transferred and recorded.
Key Improvements
- eCase resident photo sync added: resident photos now sync into MediMap for eCase-supported flows across supported environments.
- More complete eCase clinical notes: outbound integration now sends fuller medication and observation details, including dose information, comments, when-taken context, and additional observation values where applicable.
- Cleaner omission handling: omission-related events are sent correctly and without duplication.
- Better AlayaCare inbound data handling: patient records sync more reliably when address details are absent, and Medicare information is handled in a way that better matches AlayaCare data structure.
- Improved patient demographic updates from AlayaCare: middle name and preferred name updates are now carried through to MediMap.
What This Means for Users
- Progress notes in eCase include more of the context staff expect to see.
- Medication and observation records are clearer and more accurate.
- Duplicate omission entries are reduced, helping avoid confusion in clinical review.
- Patient data syncs more reliably from partner platforms.
- eCase resident photos are better supported in integration workflows.
- AlayaCare records are less likely to fail due to formatting or optional-address scenarios.
