How to add a photo to a residents chart

1. Search for the resident and click on their name to open the chart.
   
   
    
2. Click on Upload new Photo
   
   
    
3. A browser window will open for you search for the photo. The photo must be a JPEG, GIF or PNG.
   Select the photo and click on OPEN.
   
   The date and time the photo was uploaded will be displayed:
   
   
    
4. If required you can rotate the photo.
   
   
    
5. To view which residents do not have a photo in MediMap or a photo is older than one year. Go to the MediMap Dashboard and click on Reports and then Person Centric Reports.
   
   
    
6. Click on Resident Photo Dates Report
