Discharge a resident or mark as deceased

1. Click on Search from the Dashboard.
   
   
    
2. Search for the resident by NHI Number, Medicare Number, first name or last name.
   
   
    
3. Click on the More Tab.

4. Click on Discharge, a pop up will display. Click on the one of the three options.
   
   
    

Mark a resident as Deceased

5. Click on Deceased, a pop up will display. Click on the one of the two options. If the resident is marked as deceased, the chart will be made inactive.
   
   
    

Important note:

If you mark a resident as deceased by mistake you will need to contact MediMap Support to reverse this.
