- On admission:
- Check if there are any unreviewed medication recommendations, if there is then there will be a blue message at the top of the medication chart,
- Contact the Medical Officer on duty to review and update the chart before administering any medication,
- Check the last review date, you may need to contact the Medical Officer to review all medications to ensure they are still appropriate to continue.
- On the MediMap dashboard click on Clinical recommendations.
- Click on Go to chart to open the resident's chart.
- Above the Current list of Medications, recommended changes will be listed.
Confirm, Edit or Cancel the recommendations as required.
