- On admission:
- Check if there are any unreviewed medication recommendations, if there is then there will be a blue message at the top of the medication chart,
- These will need to be reviewed, and the chart updated before administering any medication,
- Check the last review date, the medications may need to be reviewed to ensure they are still appropriate to continue.
- On the MediMap dashboard click on Clinical recommendations.
- Click on Go to chart to open the resident's chart.
- Above the Current list of Medications, recommended changes will be listed.
Confirm, Edit or Cancel the recommendations as required.
