- From the Dashboard click on Stock.
- Click on Stocktakes.
- Click on one of the three options.
- Update the stock on hand (SOH), and Min SOH level. Medications are listed alphabetically.
- Edit or delete an existing template or do a stocktake from an existing template.
- Click to edit or delete an existing template or create a new template.
- Edit - add or delete meds in an existing template, create a matching order template with the option to create or do a stocktake using this edited template.
- Create - add meds, enter the physical count or create an order from this stocktake once completed.
- Delete - will permanently remove the the template.

When Create New Template is selected the below window will open.
- Enter the name of the template and click on New Template.
- Add a Medication and click on Create Stocktake from Template or Create Order Template.
