Temporary Absence

If a resident goes to hospital or are off site you are able to mark their medication chart as having a temporary absence.

1. Open the residents medication chart and click on the More tab.
   
2. Click on Temporary Absence.
   
3. A pop up box will appear, click on either Off-Site-Social Leave or Off-Site-Hospital Admission and then Save.
   
4. A note will appear on the medication chart alerting to you the temporary absence.
   
5. When the resident returns follow the same process and select Onsite in the pop up box.
