The tags will display on the chart and in the Review Date List report. The tags are used to alert prescribers on who is coming up for a medication review and organise any tests they want done in advance of the review e.g., HbA1c.
- Open the resident’s medication chart, click on the Edit button at the top of the resident’s chart,
- Click on the drop-down by Monitoring tags and add as many tags as applicable.
ADDICTION SERVICES
Only clients with the Monitoring tag Addiction Services will display in the Addiction Services list from the dashboard. If the tag has been missed, search for the client by NHI, click on Edit at the top of the chart to open the profile and add the Monitoring tag.
