If the current manager is leaving you need to ensure that the new manager has the correct access to MediMap.
- Click on the Settings icon from the dashboard.
- Click on the Staff tab.
- Click Add a user to setup a new user in MediMap or click on Edit next to the staff members name if they are already a user in MediMap.
- Ensure that Manager is selected from the drop-down list for Role.
Manager gives the user the following access:- Medications,
- Admit residents,
- Reports,
- Manage staff access and facility settings,
- Send imprest stock orders to the pharmacy,
- Permitted to view residents MHR (AU)
