This may be due to the medication in question (ie. Oxycodone Hydrochloride 1 mg/ml) is a Section 29 medication and that it has not been classified by Medsafe.
To have the medication double sign:
- From the dashboard click on settings,
- Click on Double Signed Medicines tab,
- Scroll to ATC Codes of the page and search for the specific medication and click on it to add to the list,
- All medications that have been added will become double sign regardless of their Medsafe status.
